1) Returns
Is it possible to return my order?
Yes, you may return your order within 30 days of receipt if you are not satisfied with the items.
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
The order contains all original parts, components, and packaging, exactly as delivered.
Normal handling of the product is evident; damage caused by careless handling is excluded.
Products for which hygiene is important must be thoroughly cleaned before return.
The product must be found defective immediately upon receipt.
Shipping costs are borne by the customer.
Returns will be processed within 7 working days, and if conditions are met, acknowledged officially within this period.
We reserve the right to refuse returned items if we suspect that they have been used or damaged through no fault of our own.
How to Return Your Order
If your order meets the above conditions, follow these steps to initiate the return:

Include the following in your email:
Order number
Reason for the return request
Photo of the product if damaged
Customer’s first and last name
Customer’s address
We will then provide you with the correct return address.
Do not send the return to the sender address. You, the customer, are responsible for all return shipping costs.
2) Cancellation (Right of Withdrawal)
As a consumer, you have the right of withdrawal if you are a natural person entering into a transaction for purposes not primarily related to your commercial or professional activity.
A. Cancellation Conditions
Right of Cancellation:
The cancellation period is 14 days from the day you or a third party (not the carrier) received the last item.
Orders are executed automatically as soon as they are placed; therefore, we cannot stop shipment once the order is processed. Refunds are not possible before receipt.
To exercise your right of withdrawal:
Inform Rosabella Fashion clearly (e.g., by email) of your decision to cancel.
The revocation is completed once we receive the goods.
Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer.
Shipments in Transit:
As our goods ship from Asia, transit times may be longer than expected.If goods are already in transit, cancellation is not possible. Please wait until receipt and then return them. You may notify us in advance of your cancellation.
To expedite returns, please provide shipping confirmation.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from the contract:
We must refund all payments received, excluding delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving notification of withdrawal and the returned goods.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method used in the original transaction unless explicitly agreed otherwise.
You will not incur any fees for the refund itself.
All returns must be sent to our central warehouse in Asia at the customer’s expense.
